A New Zealand online & retail bikeshop that ships to Australia and bills in Australian currency. Very competitive pricing compared to Australian stores.

Shop Summary:

An online bike shop from New Zealand that offers a variety of bike gear, clothing, accessories, and complete bikes. Their site also has an Australian link, but the products seem the same or very similar on both the NZ and AU sites. They have an AU return address for returns. Payment is via credit card. Postage to AU is about $9 for orders under $200.

Customer Service:
I've used T7 several times, to get parts to build my latest bike, and for general bits and pieces as needed. Their prices are unbeatable - far cheaper than bike shop prices, and often they carry a greater range of stuff than many shops too. The one time they didn't have in stock what I ordered, I got a call very shorly afterwards to offer a refund or optional other item. Delivery on items I've ordered has ranged from about 3 days (most orders) or 5 or 6 days at the very most. Never had any dramas at all with this shop, and the sales and specials etc they email are appreciated. T7 now supply tracking numbers with orders so you know what's going on with it.

Other Comments:
Very happy, will use again in future.

Great shop, everything you need at some of the best prices I've seen.

Shop Summary:
This shop is physically in New Zealand but caters well for Australian cyclists. Their prices are unmatched by anyone I've found in Australia plus they bill in Australian currency and charge a low flat rate fee for fast, trackable shipping ($9 anywhere in Australia). They even have an Australian address for product returns, saving you international postage costs if something should need to go back.
They sell a good range of mtb and road gear, tools and consumables like tyres and bulk tubes. The best thing is the prices of their weekly specials and clearance items.
Obviously I can't rate their technical/repair expertise as I've only used them for purchasing stuff...

Customer Service:
So far customer service has been faultless: goods always shipped promptly and a return (garment didn't fit me) accepted without question. If you don't want to purchase online they also have a toll-free telephone number.

Other Comments:
I've often wondered why Aussies have to pay so much more for bikes & componentry than Kiwis... These guys push that envelope even further!
I guess that for American cyclists the description of this shop is pretty ordinary from what I've seen of online retailers there, but Australia lacks the competitive pricing and customer service that Americans must take for granted. With US sellers' penchant for courier delivery buying from the US loses most of the price advantages with high shipping costs.
oh, and NO, I don't work for them, just a happy customer!
