Shop Summary:
Absolutely great shop, while it may not have the complete range that other shops do, the staff are quite knowledgable which is more than can be said for other shops in Adelaide.
They do keep a good selection of stock in, and are always ready to help.

As a side bonus they now have a coffee machine, and a small bar to sit at while you mull over your purchases.

Customer Service:
Excellent, each of the staff there know their specific area of expertise, from Jason on BMX, Leigh on gnarly mechanics and MTB, and even the munchkins with their elite dusting skills.

Other Comments:
Great shop, and as a bonus it has a decent sized carpark, which is much more than can be said for most of the City stores. The only store i regularly frequent.

Shop Summary:
Easily the best bike shop in Adelaide !
large store full of different types of bikes to suit every type of rider. From the top of the line downhill bikes such as Sunday World cups and Giant glorys, to norco jumping bikes, to united / norco bmx bikes, to a extensive range of cross country bike, road bikes and kids bikes. The store even has a range of electric powered bikes.
Not just the bikes but there is a large range of gear and different parts. So it is more likley then other bike stores in Adelaide to have what you want straight away.

Customer Service:
Customer service in this store is top noche, friendly all the time and always giving you the bst advice. Even if it means they dont make such a large sale, it is more important to the boys to make sure your on a bike that is comfortable and right for your riding style. They are are always keen to help you out in anyway you need.
best service in adelaide, in this store your not walking around for ages waiting for service when you can see them just standing around. the boys are always as quick as they can be to service you.

Other Comments:
Ive been to a few bike shops over the time i have been riding my bike and i have defently decided on Mitcham Cycles as being the bike shop that i will continually return back to.

Since the move to their new and current location there has been no looking back at mitcham cycles. They have won the small business award two years running for obvious reasons. They have a huge range of bikes on the showfloor and are always able to order what you require. Parts wise they have a great range, starting from your lower end parts going up to you SRAM XO's and Shimano XTR parts. They stock a good range of different brands of bikes as well as styles and are always willing to try out new brands and products, giving you the latest stuff on hand.

Customer Service:
What can i say, between the three guys they have everykind of riding knowledge covered. Whether your have a question about a roadie of your downhill bike one of them will have the answer. They are always willing to give you on the spot bike repair tips to get you back on for free, they really help you if your clueless. The guys are really friendly and are always up for a good chat, bike related or not.

Other Comments:
Nothing else much i can say except this is by far one of the best bike shops i've been to and dont plan on going anywhere else. Great workers always friendly and ready to help.

Shop Summary:
Quite a large store with an extensive range of bikes; from your everyday road bike to your completely customized downhill bike and everything in between. They have pretty much everything you could so desire and a bit more and if they don't have it there's no doubt they'll be able to get it for you. It's run by a great bunch of guys that are all very skilled in servicing and the making of the bikes they sell. They stock a wide range of brands and models that can accomodate for nearly everyones needs. They have a great selection of riding gear, accessories, tools and everything else bike related.

Customer Service:
Customer service at Mitcham Cycles is second to none which is why they have taken out the small business award for their area two years in a row. The guys are all eager to serve and are great for a friendly chat. They know basically eveything there is to know about bikes and won't hesitate to go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. The workshop is visible from the store so there is generally always someone who will be able to serve you as soon as you enter through the door.

Other Comments:
I first went to Mitcham Cycles a year or so back because they were my local bike shop and i needed a small repair, since then i have bought bikes, helmets, riding gear and everything else i've ever needed. They have helped me resolve problems involving bikes on many occasions and therefore i have become a loyal shopper. I cannot stress enough how superb Mitcham Cycles is!
