Shop Summary:
Decent size shop, alot of thought went into bike placement ie you don't feel as though you are going to knock anything over by just having a look. Quality of the bikes and parts for sale are all top notch componentry. Prices are fair, not anymore expensive than anyother shop. They are willing to work with you re: final price on large purchases ie the bikes which also come with a one year free service with purchase. Parking is not a problem

Customer Service:
This is one of the main reasons I shop and do my business here. There are quite a number of bike shops in Canberra, some even closer to where I live. But none have shown me the customer service, professionalism, and general knowledge that the staff at this shop has shown me and its other customers. There is no egos ie "I work in a bike shop and ride 1000 km a day who the hell are you" type attitude. The mum and dads that come in, get the same treatment as the seasoned professionals do. Most shops you can usually tell who the owner is (he/she is the one who knows it all and is first in to serve), not here. I honestly couldn't tell you who owns this shop. Every employee works as though they have a vested interest in the business. They care about their customers, and pride themselves in their work.

Other Comments:
They have a great knowledge of local riding groups and the trail. So if visiting Canberra, they can set you up and will probably offer to take you out for a ride.
