Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML

Customer Service: Haven't been there much but heard from friend it's not bad. I've brought my bike for repair a few times. Staff are quite technical.
Other Comments: Rip Off!!
Here's the deal, since I used to buy mostly accessories there, I probably didn't realized.
My friend, a novice biker went to buy hard-tail MTB and he came to decide on a Merida hard-tail. (I moved, so I can't accompany him)
As he's a novice, he didn't realize what is the price range of a hard-tail/full suspension.
This shop end up charging him freaking 30% over the market price (which is already marked up) of the bike!
That 30% is almost enough to buy a new Shimano SLX groupset!
Not too wise of the shop..since the biking community is very close and word do pass around.

Shop Summary: Haven't been there. Only really looking forward to visit you fellas soon. I'm thrilled to know that there's a high-end bike store in KL. But we'll see how it goes.
Customer Service: I can't tell now, but for sure I'll be one of your frequent visitors.
Other Comments: Hey, I'm from KL myself but I'm currently at Perth, Australia right now. I'm quite eager to get a Giant bike here cuz I thought there won't be any at KL. But that's changed once I found your site. It seems that you're selling Giant MTBs? I have a couple of questions, and I hope you'd write me back.
I'm quite torn between choosing the Giant Alias/Yukon FX/Trance X2. Would you let me know if you have these bikes in store, and how much do they costs?
Another thing is, I have a BMX as well, and am wondering if your store provides parts like pegs/stems/ what not, and how much of a range is it?
I'll only be back in KL next year. So, would you still be selling the current (Giant) season bikes then? I've seen the new release of Giant bikes, and am not interested. Just worried it runs out by the time I get back. Let me in some details. I'd appreciate it.

Shop Summary: The shop carries a whole range of MTB items but lacks on roadies stuff, all at a pretty reasonable price. Basically al the parts that you need are there good place to get your rigs built up there !!
Customer Service: Service will be dreadfully slow during the weekends, and congested as well...i'll usually try to avoid the weekends, but the guys there are all very friendly, medium range technical knowledge, had some bad experience with them not checking through the bike before handing over...some parts came off...not the best place to service your bike ...anyway it's the cheapest place to buy parts!!
Other Comments: Customer Service = GREAT!!!
Technical Know How = Medium
Price = Recomended

Shop Summary: This is an awesome bike centre to shop at in Malaysia. They have everything there, Santa Cruz, Intense, Foes, Titus, Merida, Yeti, Turner, Norco, Gravity Dropper, Tune hubs, Dt Swiss, Marzocchi.... a very long list indeed. It's a small but freindly and warm envoironment. Real packed with hardcore riders, especially on Friday and Saturday. This seems like heaven for a rider like me!!!
Customer Service: Service??? This is the shop main priority! Sometimes a bit of long waiting but they deliver a hell of a good job. Always be at they best to make your bike perfect and ride away with a big smile. I always like to hang around there as the staff there is super friendly and funny. They also ride with beginers, intermidiate riders and weekend warrior on Sunday on the technical trails of Kiara, which just less than a mile away from the shop.
Other Comments: No doubts, my fravorite top bike shop in my country.
