Shop Summary:
Its quite out of the way for folks who doesn't drive, it is located in an industrial park.

Customer Service:
The folks in the shop are friendly, but I believe nowadays they are more into racing bikes than mountain bikes servicing. I had bad experience with their mechanic when I brought a brand new frame to them to setup my bike 2 years ago. That bro almost "killed" the frame when he crossed threaded while forcifully fitted in the bottom bracket. I got to know this only when the crank arm fell off on my first ride. I went to another LBS to troubleshoot the problem only to find out that BIkelabz has added an additional spacer while installing the crankset. I confronted them only to be thrown in my face "you provided the extra spacer so I fit it in" ><...I don't have to explain myself further, I realised later thru' friends that an experienced MTB mechanic has left them, the mechanic that setup my bike is not as skillful, I count myself very lucky...

Other Comments:
I cannot speak much for Race/road bikes, but I am sure there are many LBS out there in S'pore that can provide much better MTB service than them.
