Shop Summary:
I stopped by the shop with my wife - we are both avid XC cyclists. The shop was a pig pen - disorganized and unkempt, with parts and pieces strewn everywhere. It looks like someone just swallowed a bunch of bicycle parts and then just threw up in the shop.

Customer Service:
Very poor customer service. I waited 10 min in the shop with people running back and forth before someone finally said to me -- I will be with you in a min - we are very busy. After a few more min, someone came to help me. I inquired about a bike frame. The man made a quick phone call and gave me a quote, but before I could ask him any details about the frame (such as the shock (Fox or Rock Shox)) the man disappeared and ran off to help another customer with some issue. I waited another 15 min for him to return and follow up with me, but no help ever came. I ended up leaving the shop. For the most part, we were ignored the entire time we were at the shop, even though we know the owner and shop employees knew we were waiting for help.

Other Comments:
My wife was never asked if she needed any help the entire time she was in the shop. Evidently, if you are a female cyclist, you are ignored.

A shop this disorganized could never do any good quality work. I am sure the reason they are so busy is their customers coming back to complain of shoddy and incomplete work.

Lol, I will try them and see, if it's really like what you complain. Some bike shop they are really busy with a lot of jobs and short of man power, they might ignore you because they already got lots of customer so one customer walk away and it did not bother them. Ben will say" I got a lot more man, so who are you!!"

Shop Summary:
A humble bike shop in Ang Mo Kio, nice and cosy place for most bikers to hang out and chit chat.

Customer Service:
Thumbs up and the pre and post sales is great

Other Comments:
Before I got my 1st bike did call and visit to other popular one, most of the shops gave me an attitudes. maybe i'm a newbies thus i can't be bother over the sales staff.

Till i call Capter 2 Cycle, Ben explain over 15mins on the pricing and parts different. Till today i've got an IBIS from them and not from other's. Now days I choose my LBS carefully.
