Shop Summary:
Saturday 17-May-2014 visited late afternoon about 4.15pm, wanted to request for gear adjustment for bikes which I bought from online deal, however i got turned off by your staff's rude response.

I don't mind to pay even though it may cost RM80 per bike, but kindly please refrain from telling a customer that his bike is some cheap stuff!

Congratulations to you, and all the best to you KSH SS2.

May you continue to tell more people that their bikes are cheap stuffs!!!

Customer Service:
Lousy.

Other Comments:
Won't ever return.

Shop Summary:
Stores wide range of bikes.

Customer Service:
Haven't been there much but heard from friend it's not bad. I've brought my bike for repair a few times. Staff are quite technical.

Other Comments:
Rip Off!!
Here's the deal, since I used to buy mostly accessories there, I probably didn't realized.
My friend, a novice biker went to buy hard-tail MTB and he came to decide on a Merida hard-tail. (I moved, so I can't accompany him)
As he's a novice, he didn't realize what is the price range of a hard-tail/full suspension.
This shop end up charging him freaking 30% over the market price (which is already marked up) of the bike!
That 30% is almost enough to buy a new Shimano SLX groupset!
Not too wise of the shop..since the biking community is very close and word do pass around.
