KSH Bicycle (TTDI) SDN. BHD.

Average Rating:    (2.9 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 10

This is the top high-end bike shop in Malaysia. Most of the must-have dream bikes are available here. They also sells complete bikes as well, from entry level to pro level. This shop shares a similar name to another shop that is managed by his brother, KSH Bicycle Sdn. Bhd. But don’t be fooled by the names here because these two shops are totally different. One’s specialized in selling Merida while the KSH Bicycle (TTDI) sells boutique any bikes that you can named of….. such as Intense, Ellsworth, Santa Cruz, Turner, Titus, etc… Also sells complete bikes like Norco, Merida, Giant and Kona. They sells not just bike but also high end components to feed the rider’s passion like us.

Shop Summary:
I dont get why their bikes are so darn expensive. The same bikes in Australia are almost a third to a half cheaper. They also dont stock enough bikes for the western person. Most of the bikes in stock are small frames. I quizzed the guy as to why they charge so much for their bikes and the guy said 'import'. Yeah right, Its cheaper for me to buy one in Australia and bring it over than to go to this shop.

Customer Service:
If they think you fit their category of a brand conscious cyclist then they are all over you. If not they ignore you.

Shop Summary:
I have been waiting for my Niner frame since January 2012. Now it is already July and I am still waiting. Paid the deposit (RM1500, not refundable).

Everytime I called them, no specific estimated time for the frame to arrive. I have also contacted Niner's HQ but no response until now.

I am very frustrated and have no choice but to keep waiting. Anyone else with same problem please response with suggestion. Thank you in advance.

Customer Service:
Bad.

Shop Summary:
BEWARE of the promises that KSH TTDI makes when they are trying to push a sale of a bike to you! I bought a road bike and after using it 3 times over 2 months, the hub on the rear wheel start squeaking loudly with unusual grinding sounds.

When I returned it to the KSH TTDI to check, without even touching the wheel, this Mr Lim there said "Got sound izzit? Is like that one, no point fixing. The hub very difficult to open one. Some people may get a hub with no sounds, some people gets it with sounds. Shimano makes so many wheels, we cannot guarantee you will get the good ones. I suggest you don’t fix it and just live with it." You spent so much money to buy a bike and this is the kind of after-sales reply you get from the shop!

I had to ignore this irresponsible staff and look for another staff, which a Mr Leong attended to me. He acknowledged that there is a problem with the wheel and need to check and come back to me.

2 weeks later, KSH said they do not have the tools to check the wheel and needed the supplier to come over to check and they will call me back. Another 2 weeks later, KSH said they can't fix it and needed to claim from the supplier and will call me back. But they NEVER call back. I had been calling KSH every week for over 3 months, and every time they said the same thing "will call you back". But they NEVER call back.

It's now over 3 weeks since the last call. I made a call and STILL they said the same thing "will call you back, need to check with this and that"!

This shop is only focus on selling the bike and would not bother on after-sales service. BEWARE!

Customer Service:
GOOD when pursuing to sell a bike to you. HORRIBLE after sales service.

Shop Summary:
I've bought element nitron q frame from this shop last january 2012.It's a very lightweight frame due to combination between carbon and alloy. However I discover there is corrosion building up at certain part of that frame. Waiting a feedback from KSH shop to come up with their solution.

Customer Service:
Good
