Shop Summary:
Another smallish shop which sells a variety of bikes and accessories.

They have their own mechanics for servicing and repair work. You you can observe them working.

Reputation of being one of the best stores in the region.

Customer Service:
Very good customer service!
Even if the mechanics are busy, they will stop work and attend to waiting customers!
Very knowledgeable about products!

Bought my bike from them. The purchase process was quick (maybe too quick?). A shop assistant was quite helpful in explaining differences in models I was interested in. But, it seemed the assistant didn't volunteer information; I had to ask for information. Also, the assistant didn't ask much about my requirements etc. So, my impression was that the assistant may have other work on his mind, and/or assumed that I knew precisely what I was after (I didn't know precisely what I wanted, I only had a general idea).

A week later, I wanted to change the tires on my mountain bike from off-road "knobbly type", to tires more suited to road. What concerned me a bit was the store owner (or elderly assistant) wanted to sell me more off-road tires with "knobs", even though I explained that I wanted tires suitable for road. In the end I chose a "hybrid" tire that was mostly suitable for road, but could be used for off-road cycling as well.

A big plus. Free adjustments on new bikes during running-in!

Other Comments:
Overall, product knowledge was very good to excellent!

Generally, customer service is quite good, but maybe a tad pushy/fast on the sales side.

Product range is a bit limited. I recently wanted a bright flood beam headlight, but they only stock small narrow beam lights. However, they can order in lights to customers requirements. But there may be premiums charged for this, and there may delays in sourcing lights. In the end I ordered the headlight from an on-line dealer.

They have a website, but it only lists some bikes they have for sale. It doesn't list accessories, and you can't order from their web site.
