Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Easy to locate. Parking available on side street. Customer Service: Good and attentive. Helpful. Other Comments: Went there to get my bike tuned up. Cost $60 for basic tune up. The service guy said he'd have the bike's pedals replaced as well (I agreed). Mentioned to them also that one of the pedal's bearings had loosened (so needs repacking), and he noted that.
When bike returned, one tire valve cap was missing (but they replaced it when I mentioned it). Pedals weren't replaced. Bearings weren't repacked.
Are they any good? Honestly, I don't know (maybe other shops are worse and this is the best in the market?). But those are the facts and you'll have to make your own judgement.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Relatively small range of bikes, but they know about what they have. Customer Service: I've mainly been there to buy parts -- but the parts I've needed, they have, and they know what they have. Also good for maintenance/prep, I got a headset and bottom bracket prepped on a frame there, they did it perfectly. Other Comments: Great place, I'll go there in preference to other shops when possible.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Great shop, lots of gear for beginners to expert riders. Customer Service: They know what they are talking about and no bull. Other Comments: I go there because of the customer service, something all the big bike shops have lost.
