Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Revolution Cycle
A long time ago (1991), in a store (not too) far, far away... two men opened a cyclists dream. A bicycle shop offering the best in service, high-quality bicycles, parts, accessories and clothing. Today, original owners Dennis and Alan Aronyk continuously strive to offer Edmonton's cycling enthusiasts more and more each season. Today's current 10,000 square foot bicycle retail showplace (only several doors east of the original 900 square foot shop) is the culmination of a series of moves, expansions, and renovations, all with the cyclists needs in mind.
The shop deals in various brands and disciplines of mountain bikes and can hook you up for road bikes, cross bikes, trailers and strollers as well. They've got a wide selection of accessories and clothing to go with the bikes as well.

Shop Summary: Great Shop with lots of friendly staff, carrying some real high end product.
Customer Service: Great service department, I had just obtained a 2006 boxxer ride and wanted to put in all new internals. Jeff in the service department helped me out and ordered all the parts needed. 2 months pass and no parts. It seams their supplier did not want to order until they posted another order. Jeff just blew off that supplier and went to another, the parts were there a week later and the fork was back together. He even cut me a deal for having to wait.
Other Comments: Great sevice department as I said before.

Shop Summary: The mechanics are extremely knowledgable (6 on the 5 point scale). You would think they would never have time to work on bikes. They seem to always have 2 or 3 people lined up at the shop counter, but everyone gets helped in a timely manner.
Customer Service: Customer service is Phenominal at Revolution Cycle. The staff is pleasant and there for the customer (what most places seem to be missing). If you ask any questions their answers are always positive. They take the time to serve you until YOU are satisfied. I've purchased a Road bike (2005) and a Mountain bike (2007) from Revolution, and both experiences continue to be Highlights in my bike shopping days.
Other Comments: It is hard to compare the passion the Owners and employees of Revolution Cycle breathe and live. I recently visited another bike store (that was not Revolution, because it was closer... Mistake). It just reinforces the greatness of Revolution.
