Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
I bought two intermediate hard tail bikes (one for me and one for my wife) from this shop 2 years ago, and have had all the service work done through them under the included free tune package.
I initally found that the guys who were helping us out were super knowledgeable and great to deal with. I later realized it was because the guys helping us were the owners, and everyone else there is pretty useless.

Customer Service:
As long as you get an owner you are going to get good service and advice otherwise you are getting the "typical" bike shop grunt with the lazy attitude, just trying to get you off their back.

Other Comments:
I won't be buying my next bike at this shop mainly because they don't carry the brand I want (Rocky Mountain).
