Bike Bros. goal is to help people get the most out of cycling. The owner started working in bike shops in 1986, has raced BMX, competed in freestyle competitions(Canadian Ramp champion, King of vert finals...), raced XC mountain bikes, trains on a road bike etc.

The shop is built around loving bikes, loving riding and wanting to help as many people feel the love as possible. The shop is based in Cochrane, Alberta yet many bikes are sold to people from Calgary who feel that special something - the shop is not a bike selling factory, it is more like a 1 on 1 match-making facility - helping people find their perfect bike!

Shop Summary:
LOVE this shop! I'm new to the biking world but there is no question I will be back here!!

Customer Service:
I haven't owned a bike since I was a young girl and then, in truth, it was more of a bike shaped object. So, I was more than a bit intimidated when I made my way into the shop to buy my first real bike.

Damian was quick to help me. I had a loose budget but he immediately showed me a bike notably under what I was willing to spend because he thought it would be the right bike for me. Even though we weren't sure I was going to buy the bike, he still was so careful to size and adjust the bike to I could properly evaluate it. Then, once I was sure that would be the right one for me, he took more time to make sure the gears were working properly and the bike would be in perfect condition for me.

At no point did I ever even feel like I was being "upsold." I would not only buy another bike here but I'd tell any of my friends that they should make the trek to Cochrane to get their bikes there too.

Shop Summary:
Loads of bikes for all manner of rider and wallet. Great quality and so great bang for the buck! Everything I have needed has been there. I came home from Paris and watching the Tour de France finnish last summer all enthused. I researched what I generally wanted for a road bike. Went to BikeBros and there it was. We talked, I went home, two days later picked up the very bike I had researched and wanted. Karma? Now I'm in the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer in June and who knows what else after that! Thanks Bike Bros!

Customer Service:
Been to a lot of bike shops in the city, was not too terribly impressed with service. Either I was ignored, or was made to feel somewhat of a nuisance or a rank beginner. Then I wandered into BikeBros to pick up new brakes pads for the wife's bike. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable, sincere, we talked bikes, they showed me a bunch, asked all the right questions, had me test drive and not once was there a sense of urgency or pressure. They truly want you to be happy and on the right bike. Bought a great road bike last August and now am looking at a MTB for other terrain, gone is what I called my 80lb "pickup"!

Other Comments:
Everything the others have said and more. Honest, you won't find a better bike shop. Anywhere. I've tried. Others could learn a thing or two from BikeBros. Great guys, great shop. No regrets in spending time or money there. Simply the best in its field.

Shop Summary:
Great all-round bike shop, with friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to put in the time with any customer. I sent email queries to six shops in and around Calgary, and Graham at Bike Bros not only replied first, he actually put some thought into his reply instead of either "come and see our bikes" or no reply at all. When I got there staff was very helpful, I rode several bikes, discussed different options, got some settings tweaked on a couple bikes, and ended up walking out with what I think is a great bike for my needs, and under my budget.

Customer Service:
Excellent customer service, big thanks to the shop's accountant who was filling in on the floor for a while, she got some bikes lined up for me to try and was very helpful. The latte of course was great, and I felt like the team there spent quite a bit of time with me (well over an hour) for what for them was probably a relatively small sale - mid-priced hardtail 29er, certainly not a ton of profit, but they still made sure it was the right purchase for me which was great.

Other Comments:
It's a bit further drive than some shops in the city but the service was well worth it. They took the time to make sure I had the right bike, even changing out the handlebar stem for a longer one, bringing a bike down from the rafters to try out, etc. It was worth the extra 20 minutes of driving, I'll recommend Bike Bros to anyone looking for a great shop.

Shop Summary:
I've been to most of the big bike shops in Calgary (and some of the smaller ones) and have had some good service, some mediocre service and some poor service. My trusty Jamis needed some love that I couldn't provide, so I decided to trek out to cochrane and give Bike Bros. a try. Instantly loved the vibe - friendly, not pretentious, great election and entirely approachable. I handed over my sad, abused bike, told them what I needed, they were honest, up-front and finished the work AHEAD of schedule!! I took my bike out the next day and I felt like I was on a brand new machine. I've never experienced that before. It was like going from a steel frame, 80 pound, fat tire mountain bike to all carbon road bike. I'll never go anywhere else. Unless they become unreliable douchebags, of course. But if they keep on like they are, I'm a customer for life.

Customer Service:
Five star

Be smart - go to bike bros.
