Bike Bros.

Average Rating:    (5 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 26

Established in 2003, Bike Bros. has become a destination for riders, and soon to be riders, from Calgary, Bragg Creek, Canmore, and much of Southern Alberta. Customers are happy to receive honest, informed information to help with their bike purchasing decisions. The product selection ranges from Kids bikes to BMX, Road, Commuters and of course Mountain Bikes which make up the majority of the selection. A big focus in the shop is full suspension bikes from Giant - stocking most of Giant's XC, Trail and All Mountain suspension bikes. KHS, Marin, Raleigh USA and Niner complete the bike options.

The service and assembly departments help the shop stand out. Bicycle assembly surpasses industry standards with the focus on building perfect bikes - bikes that work better and last longer than the average built bike. The service department has a great reputation which results in significant wait-times for service in the busy season... make an appointment.

If you're looking for small town feel in your big city bike shop, visit Bike Bros. It will be a shopping experience you will enjoy and find very informative.

Shop Summary:
A fantastic local shop with attentive staff and great product. I have been showing up at Bike Bros for years and Graham (owner) is a solid dude with a passion for the sport. You won't find any high pressure tactics, just quality information on the bike or service you need. The current selection of bikes from Raleigh, Giant and Rocky Mountain provide enough variety across the entire bike spectrum from entry level to high end racer. I have purchased 4 of my last 5 bikes at Bros and haven't been disappointed yet. It's also a great shop to get offered an espresso!

Shop Summary:
Purchased 3 bikes from these guy's including 2. new Giant Trance SX one for my son.
They are great guy's to work with fair prices and good inventory. Nice relaxed and no high pressure sales.

Customer Service:
Very good never an issue just took my new bike in as it was not shifting as it should. Rather than make me book an appointment as they were busy just put in on the stand and did the adjustments. Ready to ride in 15 minutes.

Shop Summary:
Just bought 2 Giant road bikes. Great information. No hard sell. Very focused on getting us the right bikes and not buying a bunch of stuff we don't need. Worth the drive from Calgary for sure!

Shop Summary:
I bought a new bike from bike bros today, I will be back! Very positive experience and very nice to deal with. I was pleased with the customer service I received and fast emails back and forth with questions about a couple bikes. I would defiantly recommend this shop to all my friends. I will be doing all my shopping at Bike Bros. Thank you!

Shop Summary:
I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service you guys gave me. I drop my Rocky Mountain Slayer off for a tune up and within a couple of days I got the call it was ready. Drove down that night and to my surprise one of your mechanics (actually the guy that sold me the bike I forget his name) came from the back to make sure that my shifting issue was up to par. Took it for a ride and it wasn't what it was like "out of the box". Again to my surprise he took the time to try and set it up so it was right and as close to new as he could get it, and explained to me why they had this issue with the set up on my bike. So as I waited with my friend drooling over the blue with orange highlights color scheme of a Giant Reign that Graham was putting together he offered us both a coffee as we waited. If I didn't love this shop already I do now!!! So just a thanks to you guys at BikeBros for doing what you guys do. A rare find in this great province we call Alberta.

Also I took the bike out last Sunday to Moose and the shifting is good to go not as much hesitation. And as always the bike took on the mountain like a champ!

Thanks

Kurt
