Shop Summary:
Unfriendly service. Took 2 weeks for basic service and had no parts in-store. Bike required another service 2-rides after original service. Not going back.

Customer Service:
Customer service is good, for the right price.

Other Comments:
Bought and had a new cassette and chain installed. The chain broke 3 days later, wasn't even riding it hard. Took it back to performance. A mechanic reinstalled the chain and at the end of it. he charged me another $20 to fix it. all was done was 2 new links put in.

Shop Summary:
This is an odd shop. They talk like they ride bikes but I get the impression that this is not true. I had a bike fitted there and they did a very poor job. I think they read a 5 minute 'how to fit a bike' article and went with that. I also tried to get some stuff fixed on my bike but I ended up taking it to another shop to get the work done correctly.

Customer Service:
Pretend they are friendly but when there is an issue they fit like caged animals

There are too many skilled bike mechanics in Victoria to frequent this place.
