Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Straightline Bicycle and ski

Straightline is an amazing shop. I was having problems ordering my Ibis Mojo from my local Toronto LBS. Did some phoning around and found a frame at Strightline. Ian (the owner) was there early and said he had one in stock and he could build it to my specs and ship ASAP. After he built me and amazing bike he shipped it to me via bus and I had it sitting in my garage in 5 days. This shop went far beyond what ANY Lbs had done for me ever. Ian made some good recommendations for parts and after everything was said and done he shipped the bike and what can I say but A++++. Totally recommend them for a bike shop and I'm hoping to make the trek to Fernie one day to do some riding.

Shop Summary:
I have never been to their shop because I did all of my transaction over the phone. Over the phone they were more than helpful so I can only imagine how nice they are in person
