Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Langley Bicycle Sports Pacific

No Longer a Giant Bike Dealer. BSP has Dropped the Giant Bike lines from their stores.
Service at the Langley location is mediocre at best.
Seems they no longer want to service my 2007 Trance 2 due to no longer carrying Giant.

Shop Summary:
The largest bike shop in the lower mainland carrying all kinds of bikes, clothing and accessories. Carry Trek, Cannondale and Fisher and some Mirraco BMX.

Customer Service:
They dropped Giant because of their crappy service and warranty. They were Giant's biggest dealer but Giants support sucked. That is why they don;t sell them. Giant refuses to warranty through BSP because they are no longer an authorized dealer. Blame Giant not BSP.

They carry solid brands and have some very experienced staff.

if you want the latest flavor of the month bike brand they are not your shop. They are too big and need brands that can back up what they sell.

Shop Summary:
In 2006 I bought my Trance 2 from Langley BSP. I went for warranty service recently and could not get any service due to they are no longer a Giant Bike dealer.

Customer Service:
Mediocre at best of times.

Other Comments:
I will NEVER buy from BSP again.
