Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Customer Service: The manager Paul was and his sales crew were very out going and help me choose a bike that best suited me, They listened to what I was looking for took me out side and Paul choose and sent out 4 bikes and let me try each and everyone of them out, his staff ws very out going, I can't remember being treated with such care.
Other Comments: I was so confused on what I was looking for and needed a real pro to help me choose what best suited me, the team at Reckless were more then out going in helping me get the biggest bang for my buck, I am going back before Christmas to get my baby girl a bike and know that at RECKLESS i will get the best service bar none.
