You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
The bike shop offers Brodie, Devinci, Surly, Norco and Dahon along with Arkel, Axiom and Ortlieb pannier bags and Accessories.

Customer Service:
The guys and Gals of Bikes on the Drive are pretty awesome they would rather you get exactly what you want in a good bike then just sell you want is on the sales floor. Seriously check them out it will be worth the trip.

Other Comments:
I really like the shop, they can get extremely busy in the summer, but they have a lot of heart and forwarding looking ideas for the shop. They also have a new product they made with Devinci called The Tree. I purchased one this summer and it is a well built bike.

Shop Summary:
Great selection of Devinci's and a variety of road, hybrid and mtn bikes for sale. Accessories are reasonably priced and selection is pretty good, but this is not the place to go if you're counting grams. Staff are friendly, but sometimes offer poor advice. Bike repair/tuning is inconsistent. Overall, they could do better.

Customer Service:
Staff sometimes have tried to upsell me and seem to have a tendency to "pounce" on customers (think Future Shop employees). Otherwise the attitude of staff is friendly despite being moderately annoying. Over the years, only a couples guys there seem to be really knowledgeable and remainder of staff seem young and inexperienced. Good, fast repair on my cruiser tire when I got a flat and was stuck on the drive. Put wheel on crooked on my mtn bike so badly that my brakes were noticeably rubbing and they scratched the frame when I brought in for service. My bike seat got stolen once near the shop and I rode down, seatless, to replace it. They sold me a seat post that was slightly too small, even after measuring, and caused the seat tube to warp. I had items prepaid and on special order here for a over a year, which I'd forgotten about - pissed off that they never called me to say the item wasn't ever going to be in, but didn't have any problems with getting a refund.

Other Comments:
I'd come here for accessories, but that's it. Workmanship just isn't consistent and I've had other friends complain about this too. Otherwise, I like coming here to browse the new gear, but haven't been here since they scratched my mtn bike frame.
