Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Customer Service:
Enquired about an Intense M6 frame, obtained a price quote (seemed competitive). When I asked if the rear dropouts were included in the price (perfectly sensible question based on the fact they cost $150 and how am I to know what's included apart from the shock) this is the reply I received:

"the reply was not a riddle. here is a clear answer for you, go some
where else for your bike".

Other Comments:
Based on the way these people speak to prospective customers there's no way I'd do bsuiness with them or give them my hard earned cash.

Appalling attitude.
