Shop Summary:
Wow its got to be the biggest bike and ski stores in Winnipeg. I was overwhelmed with all the different products and great bike selection. It was not until the second visit that I saw everything like the juice bar bike fitting room and all the cool memorabilia on the walls I had fun looking around. This how a bike store should be.

Customer Service:
As a customer its very important to me to have good customer service or I wont come back and I have to say they have treated me very well. If they did not have all the answers they got back to me quickly with the the information I needed.
I ended up buying two bikes and some cross country skis at a different time for my wife. The bikes were both custom fitted to me with a new video and laser technique. Tim the owner spent allot of time getting it right and answering any questions I had thanks Tim.

Other Comments:
I went in on a Sunday just pick up ski wax a noticed there was a spin class going on. There was at least thirty people riding watching a movie.
When I asked I was told no problem to join all I needed was a wind trainer and my bike. They even had a trainer in from Rhino Fitness doing lactate testing and helping with fitness workouts if requested. I got to say this is what a bike shop should be like more than just selling bikes its a great place to be thanks again Ill be back.

Shop Summary:
Shop is well arranged, lots of selection, very satisfied with the selection and layout. If only customer service met these expectations, I would've rated this store much higher.

Customer Service:
I was wrongly advised which headset to buy. After the associate pulled my bike up on his computer he advised me to purchase a headset that did not fit on my bike. I was initially quoted $130 for the headset and when i got to the counter they were asking $260. We compromised at $160 and I later went to try out the headset. Odd it didn't fit my bike. The cups were too wide and too deep. My frame got damaged in the process of trying to fit it in. IF ONLY THEY WOULD'VE GIVEN ME THE RIGHT ADVICE, I would not have a damaged headset and damaged frame.

Other Comments:
KNOW WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE VISITING THIS BIKE SHOP. Associates will advise you wrong and deny your return. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD AND DO NOT COUNT ON WHAT THEY SAY, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

Shop Summary:
Small shop but they are moving to a new building in March 2008 I believe. Kona Kona Kona.

Customer Service:
I was looking to get sized up for a Kona Hei Hei Supreme. (Would have bought it there, except they had none in stock). Tim was up and down the ladder pulling bikes from the high racks just so I can get sized up for a bike I wasn't even going to buy there. Thats customer service! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. All parts and service will be done there in future.

Other Comments:
I recently dealt with Gords. What a nightmare. I dealt with there supposed VP Jean Francois. He was nothing short of rude and arrogant. He suggested that I was a child, told me I have bad karma (cuz I asked for prices on parts) and pretty much told me to pay full price cause he has to pay his employees, only to gloat at how they make all their money on Tune-ups. What a dick. I'm glad I spent my $7000 elsewhere.

Shop Summary:
Purchased a bike there. Talk only to Tim (the owner). Badly treated by others. Good selection of bikes, recreational, mtb and higher end road bikes. Service bike elsewhere.

Customer Service:
Purchased a bike there a few years back. Kona Dr. Dew. Good sales service from Tim. It took forever to get it (first year of production)He knows his stuff. Others have an attitude or don't know what they are talking about. Brought my bike in a few months later to check a mechanical. Got a blank stare. Took my business elsewhere. Went back to look at a bike for a friend. Tim was not there. Guy there had an attitude. Bike was purchased elsewhere. Never went back. If you know what you are looking for go there...if you don't take you business to guys like Alter Ego. You will be respected.

Shop Summary:
Small shop, with an amazing amount of bikes crammed everywhere. one of the few good ones in WInnipeg. Difficult to shop around when the store is busy. Seems to me a bit geared to the higher end road crowd.

Customer Service:
The owner, Tim, is the only guy to talk to. The other staff are mostly slackers and they either care or they don't. Too bad the owner isn;t there half the time, hes out road riding most of the time. I've had great experiences and completeley bad experiences. Depends on the time of day and if you get the good staff or the crappy staff.

Other Comments:
Worth a drop-by.
