You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
I really enjoyed talking to the staff and their bike are great. i purchased a Trek 6000 and a Trek 4300 from here and they are both awesome. The staff helped me with both problems i ran into (both minor) without blinking. i recommend this store for average bike shoppers, i can not speak for any deficiency regarding product or lack of high end parts. I enjoyed the feel of the shop and the layout.

Customer Service:
i found the sales person very pleasant without any pressure to buy. helped and accommodated us in finding the right bike for Both me and my Fiancee. The store was busy but i felt as though we were the most important, as all customers should feel. Answered questions strait up with out any BS.

Other Comments:
overall we both had a wonderful experience in a child friendly environment. The staff encouraged us to be thoughtful about our purchases. again the store just felt nice, no airs, no BS. I recommend this store to everyone who just wants to get a decent bike without having to know everything there is to know about bikes.

Shop Summary:
They sell very generic bikes Trek/Fisher made in the same factory(not much of a choice).Norco which kinda rates up there with department store brand bikes. They never have any high end parts when you need them. The owner is to cheap to carry anything. The prices a outrageous and the service and expertise is not acceptable. The staff seem to BS you and think they can get away with it.I now spend my money elsewhere and refuse to give them any of my hard earned money.

Customer Service:
Probably alright if you need your wall-mart bikes fixed up.They hose the bikes down with high pressure wich left my bike all squeeky and they probably pooched my bearings.Real novice shop crew.

Other Comments:
Locally go to Stream and wood.
