Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: They seem to have a very knowledgable staff at hand and were very helpfull for both ski and bike service. Their new large open concept shop is great as you can watch the mechanic work on your gear as you wait. Customer Service: The staff are polite and not overbearing when I walked in I had a chance to look around a bit but didn't have to wait around to be helped. You can tell they aren't being paid on commision like other shops because they are more concerned about helping you find what you came in for not just trying to sell you whatever they can. I felt very at home their like they have known me forever. Other Comments: They just moved to a new store that's like twice as big and very open and spacious. It looks great!!! I can't wait untill the Lady of the Lake opens so you can grab some food and drink in their pub while waiting for your bike to be fixed. Way to go Stream'N'Wood!! I heard they might be getting a dirt jump park as well? Good Show.
