Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Bikes in the summer, skis in the winter. Customer Service:
I've had really great service from this store. Nobody cares that my bike or some of the components were bought at a 'competitor', they're happy to help when I need it. It does get busy so you might have to wait around a little, but I think its worth it. Peruse a bit! You're surrounded by awesome machines. I get solid answers and good bike conversation from them, they always take off a few dollars for me, and that helps me spend more time on my bike.

good shoppe, most pro guys in midwest Canada, great inventory/servive Customer Service:
awesome most of the time, when it's busy I'd stay away, if you're impatient, or have a big ego(but small lungs) like fire dude Other Comments:
the above review is from a guy who thinks the world should stop whenever he strolls past...Mb has a small cycling community that Olympia has supported and nurturted since 1979, firedude is one of those guys that everyshop wishes they never have to associate with...but that's all part of retail...

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Full service bike shop, repairs, bikes, parts, accessories, and cross country skis for off season training.
They always treat me like I'm important and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in Winnipeg Customer Service:
99% of the time it's outstanding, the few times I've been less than happy it's been because of one staff member, otherwise all the other staff members are stellar. Well knowledged, well stocked and you leave well taken care of. If they don't have it, they will get it in a reasonable period of time, often going above and beyond what a store would normally do. Other Comments:
They also stock cross country skis for winter sport and sponser several races, including a series throughout the summer
