Shop Summary:
Big store with lots of eye candy, with small store friendliness.

Customer Service:
I have never bought with this store, but had a good test ride with one of the salespeople. He didn't rush me and helped me figure out what I was really looking for. You can tell when people love selling their product.

Other Comments:
Good selection of midrange mtbs, which is what I was there for.

Shop Summary:
Wow its got to be the biggest bike and ski store in Winnipeg. I was overwhelmed with all the different products and great bike selection. It was not until the second visit that I saw everything like the juice bar bike fitting room and all the cool memorabilia on the walls I had fun looking around.

Customer Service:
As a customer its very important to me to have good customer service or I wont come back and I have to say they have treated me well if they did not have all the answers they got back to me quickly with the the information I needed.
I ended up buying two bikes and some cross country skis at a different time for my wife. The bikes were both custom fitted to me with some new video and laser technique. Tim the owner spent allot of time getting it right and answering any questions I had. thanks Tim!

Other Comments:
I went in on a Sunday just pick up ski wax a noticed there was a spin class going on. There was at least thirty people riding watching a movie.
When I asked I was told no problem to join all I needed was a wind trainer and my bike. They even had a trainer in from Rhino Fitness doing lactate testing and helping with fitness workouts if requested. I got to say this is what a bike shop should be like more than just selling bikes its a great place to be thanks again Ill be back.

Shop Summary:
New location is absolutly amazing, after walking in for the first time i had to stop and wait a minute to take everything in. The shop is divided into rooms, a bike room, clothing room, rack room, accessorie room, even when there during a peak rush there is no where near as much of a crowded feeling as at the old smaller location, there was a couch and tv to sit on while waiting for my bicycle to be serviced, just watch out for the different levels, there is a small step here and ther when going from one room to another so watch your step so that you do not trip. Parking at the rear is nice, if you are bringing a bike bring it through the back door so you dont have to carry it up a few stairs at the front.

Customer Service:
Staff will do whatever they can to help you and get what you need, they are not on commission so felt no pressure. If what i want they do not have they will do whatever they can to try and get it for me, brought my bike in for a minor problem and was fixed right on the spot, lots of room to explore while i waited, although they did not take long enough and i was not able to make it through all the rooms. Got a thule rack, asked about it and the staff went and grabbed their resident Thule expert, he knew exactly what he was talking about and selling and helped me get exactly what i needed, even installed for me at no extra charge right when i bought it.

Other Comments:
This shop is definitally unlike any other i have seen, very unique, lots of stuff, and lots of stuff that isnt carried by the main distributors so there is always someting differnt from the rest.
