You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Valley stove and cycle

this is a great little shop in the heart of the valley, being the only bike shop from sackville to digby they have some advantage in location being pretty centeraly located. The people are friendly, the spot is great and just being there makes you happy.

Shop Summary:
Shop has significantly expanded their facilities and stock on display. Don't see what you want, ask, it may be still in a box.

Customer Service:
I've had a few issues with staff in the past year, but have noticed a general improvement in customer services and a significant change in the overall atmosphere of the shop. Make sure that you ask for service from the staff who can best assist your inquiries - you may have difficulty with a skateboarder or stove specialist trying to answer technical bike questions.

Colin has always provided knowledgable and curteous service.

Other Comments:
Nice bikes.

Shop Summary:
Great bikes, fair prices.

Customer Service:
Although I have had less then desirable service from some staff in the past, overall customer service is improving. I suggest that you ask for Colin when dealing with bikes. Hopefully management have taken notice and have made attempts to improve the customer service skills of less knowlegable employees.

Shop Summary:
Great bikes, fair prices. Poor service.

Customer Service:
I have been a frequent customer of this shop during the past ten years and have always been happy to purchase my rides there, and to take my friends there for new bike - until this year. Customer service has declined significantly, maybe due to the loss of some of the more experienced staff. I understand that bike shops must diversify in their products (stoves, snowboards and skateboards also available), but the staff must be knowledgeable, or at least willing to refer you to another staff with other expertise as per the customer's needs. Until last year there were two other shops located within 50kms. I suspect that a lack of competition is not a good thing in this case.

Other Comments:
There are many other shops in Sackville and Halifax, and Mountain Equipment Co-op offers great stuff at a great price. I have also found Internet shopping to be a favorable alternative to being treated rudely locally.
