Customer Service:
This is where the store shines.
One area they take seriously if bike fit, therefore a comprehensive bike fit is included with your bike.
Don't like the saddle? They change it. Stem too short, they put on a longer one. (of course if you want a $200 Ti saddle you will pay the difference)
Seriously Winston knows how to fit a bike to YOU, don't be satisfied with paying a fortune for a bike and not getting it setup properly! Other Comments:
Lifetime tuneups included with every bike, why get your hands oily?
If you are looking for a bike I highly recommend Winston and his crew.
Count the cost saved by free tune ups and a proper bike fit and see the difference!
