Shop Summary:
BikeSports is a small shop with small store prices and service. The people are know their stuff and are willing to help, however your going to pay for the added attention. If your a novices, BikeSports maybe your way to go if you hate reading information. However if you know a little something about bikes, the added service simply adds to your bill. There are definitely cheaper shops around.

Customer Service:
Service is generally fast and to the point. They take the time to explain everything in detail to you. Beware that they will not match other stores prices, and they are frequently on the higher end of the price spectrum.
