Shop Summary:
Great shop that will treat you right no matter the level of you bike or riding type. Tend to carry mid level stuff but can get anything your heart desires.

Customer Service:
Great and really personal. I have been going here for years but only took a few visits for them to get to know you.

Shop Summary:
The staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. From the moment I came in the back door entrance from the nearby parking (not sure if it was an actual access) they made me feel welcome. Two staff helped me find a bike in the price range I intended with the features I wanted (I got a Kona Dew for my son) and they fixed it up so I could test it out around the neighbourhood before deciding. Yes, it took a little time, but I had errands to do in the area, and I appreciate the "try before you buy" approach. I will probably go back there to get a bike for myself. Knowledge + straight-dealing + friendly service is a pretty terrific combination.
