Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Friendly and attentive staff. Good selection of bikes - from $ to $$$$. The floor feels a little crowded but overall, a welcoming environment. Customer Service: Great, the best in the Hamilton area. I bought a DeVinci hybird there and they offer a year of free tune-ups. You can bring your bike in any time and they will fix it on the spot if it is something minor. Other Comments: No attitude from staff but still very knowledgeable. If you have an old bike, they won't force selling a new one to you.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: 50/50 road and mountain with mostly specialized, kona and cannondale bikes. prices range from $600-2600. lots of high-end parts in-stock and more than willing to order parts in with a small deposit. Customer Service: wicked. asked a question about a bike i didn't buy there and the salesperson and mechanic both went outside to diagnose it. both provided further information about possible issues without even asking to have the bike repaired in-shop.
everyone behind the counter is friendly and courteous. i come from the opposite end of the city because i trust everyone there.
