You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
These guys are excellent. I consistently get great customer service when I'm in there, the mechanics know what they're talking about, and the prices aren't too bad.

Customer Service:
Excellent. They work hard to help out their customers, whether in sales or repairs. The mechanics explain what is happening with the bike and come up with solutions that are in the interest of the customer. On the couple of occassions I needed small things done they did't worry about charging you for the amount of work they put in!

Other Comments:
I used to buy all my components online, but now get a lot of stuff through these guys as I know the post-sales support is excellent.

Shop Summary:
A little shop that holds bikes ranging from commuters to high end racers. I have yet to come into this shop and not find what I need

Customer Service:
The customer service here is so good that I often go out of my way to shop here. The guys working here simply know their stuff, and they have no problem explaining what they're talking about

Other Comments:
My best experience here was when, a long story short, I had to replace the bottom bracket on my bike. When I entered the shop and told them what was happening the problem was diagnosed and explained to me. And not only was the part I needed in stock, I didn't even have to leave my bike overnight as they sat aside what they were working on and fixed it for me on the spot. A+

Shop Summary:
A cool shop with A LOT of bikes everywhere, they carry a lot of different brands from yeti to santa cruz. It's cramped but that's because it's a good shop and a lot of people go there to buy bikes and to get work done on their bikes.

Customer Service:
I showed up there on a friday at 5:30 with a flat tire running tubeless tires. Terry stopped what he was doing (fox shock rebuild) and fixed my tire and checked my bike for other stuff that might have needed fixing. A few minutes later I paid my 10.00 for the sealant and a headset spacer and I was riding at 6:00. The place was backed and they were swamped with bikes to work on. Cool guys to talk too and they don't mind answer your questions.

Shop Summary:
Great Bike shop with great people. Roger M. was very much a stand up man that does not hessitate to keep an open communication with a potential customer, even thought the customer is from another country.

Customer Service:
Great Customer Service and for a guy like me that wrenches my own equipment. The mechanics were very helpful on giving me some pointers on how to work on my own Disc Brakes.

Other Comments:
While in a trip to Canada i bought my bicycle from the BEACHES Store and dealt with Roger M. He helped me get my bike to the U.S. with no hastle whatsoever... Hope to do more business in the near future with these great people. Thank Again!

Shop Summary:
Decent selection of products.
Very small, cramped store. Expect to have bikes and other patrons bumping in to you while there.

Customer Service:
It is hit or miss. I have had decent service from employees in the past but lately it's been lacking. Some of the techs must think they are curing cancer the way they talk down to customers.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a bike to be serviced. If they give you an expected finished date, it means nothing. I've waited more than a week on a job I was told would be ready the next day. I was more or less laughed at when I came in expecting to pick my bike up.
