Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Caledon Hills Cycling
Originally a General Store from the 1800's the shop still has the original tin celling and hardwood floor, and an XTR and Dura Ace display in the original deli cooler, giving it a small town boutique feel with amazingly friendly staff. They are affiliated with a bike club with over 300 members, and have a fairly prominent race team around the ontario circut for ontario cup, 24 and 8 hour races. The Shop Stocks major brands like Rocky Mountain, Santa Cruz, and Specialized, has full service shop,
you can trust to install your hard earned XTR! They do both Road, and mountain, as well as all mountain models, sell high end clothing for ridding and unlike most shops carry brands like Horney Toad, Salomon, and Mountain Hardwear apres ride clothes, like casual pants, shirts, jackets and pullovers, as well as running and casual shoes...ya thats very cool!. Of course they also have all the shop basics like gloves, helmets etc, and a fairly large parts selection, heartrate monitors and trainers and do professional bike fittings when you buy a road bike. One nice feature is the full selection of food and nutrition product from Power Bar, Cliff and Hammer which can be hard to track down at nutrition stores alot of the time. Basically a one-stop-shop for anything cycling related, and they do XC skiing and snowshoes in the winter with a full xc ski service shop as well with professional fittings! Oh ya, you need a bike rack? no problem they not only carry 3 major brands and all models but will also sell and install all hitches, racks and cargo systems! Oh and I forgot to mention they always have fresh gormet coffee FREE to all customers. Worth Checking out, for great deals too, with lots of sale items. Worth the drive for the atmosphere, buying online is so lame!

Shop Summary: This is a gem of a bike shop. Located in the village of Inglewood in the Caledon Hills, entering the store is like stepping back in time. It's like an old country store complete with a front porch where you can sit on an old iron seat drinking a cup of their always complimentary coffee. A wide selection of merchandise for a relatively small store, with terrific service, great staff, competitive pricing, and great product lines.
Customer Service: Customer service is exemplary.
Other Comments: Take some time and pay a visit to this store. I traveled a fair distance to go there because they had a commuter type bike (an Opus Cervin) that I was interested in. I love the bike, but I was sold just as much on the store as I was on the product. A great shopping experience!!
