You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
Small local shop carrying a small variety of bicycles

Customer Service:
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was just shopping for a bike looking for something within a range of $1000.00 after going to numerous bike shops and listening on different opinions + research I finally decided to go with a WOMAN BIKE. Continuing to do research I dropped by this store and asked if they carry WOMAN frame bikes? The response I got was the most awful experience, impatience and bad customer service. When I asked the sales man if they have Woman bikes ... he said: Why would you want one?! well, I said I did some research and it has the best fit for a bike. At this point I was still open minded about different opinions and would gladly listen to his expertise, except that he turned around and said: "I have been working with bikes for 20 years, you are getting your first bike, who do you think you are to tell me that a Woman bike is better than unisex? at this point he waved his hand, turned his back and walked away from me. I was in complete shock, I took my friend by the hand and ceremoniously walked out of that store. I have never been more humiliated and treated so when I came to purchase and search for a bike.

Other Comments:
With their attitude to customers I wouldn't trust them with my bike.
