Shop Summary:
Looked like a nice bike shop that has lots of road bikes, mountain bikes, kid's bikes, etc. Looked like a shop I could have visited more often until I met one of the sales guy on the floor.

Customer Service:
I bought my wife a used triathlon bike and brought it in to d'ornellas to ask how I can transform it into a regular road bike or hybrid bike with a straight handle bar. I approached a tall man wearing glasses and asked him what parts I needed to transform my wife's bike into a road or hybrid. His answer? Don't bother!!! Your bike is not worth anything!!!! Thanks A**hole! if a customer asks you a simple question, you don't tell them their bike isn't worth anything! I'm never going back to this shop again and I don't recommend that you visit this shop either!!!

Other Comments:
If you need a bike shop around scarborough area, check out skiis and biikes at don mills or cyclesolutions at kingston road. Much better customer service and have very helpful staff unlike that arrogant A**hole at dornellas.

Shop Summary:
The shop is looks like a flea market. Stuff is everywhere with no logical organization. If you aren't prepared to buy that day, forget it. They want your money and don't care about anything else. Probably the worst shop I have ever been in.

Customer Service:
As mentioned they'll kiss your butt if you look like you have cash, but don't be fooled. These guys do not care about the customer, they care about getting your money today. Once you have a problem with a bike and/or product their true colours come out. I would never buy a product from this shop.

Other Comments:
The owner is probably one of the rudest individuals I have some across in a bike shop or any anywhere else. He has the attitude of a prima donna and has a huge ego because he raced in Canada years ago, where from what I have heard, everyone who raced with him disliked him.

Shop Summary:
Went to the shop to look for a year or older 29er full suspension hoping I can score a deal. The tall bald guy wearing the glasses approached me and asked what I was looking for. After I mentioned to him that I was looking for a fully 29er, he immediately pointed at the Specialized epic. I told him that it was way out of my budget as I had a $2200 budget max in mind. He then mentioned that he can sell it for $2849 with taxes in (reg is 3199 before taxes). Seemed like a good deal but without a test ride, I just couldn't justify spending $2849 on a bike I have never ridden and was also throwing me way off my budget.

He was very pushy and said it's only a deal for today, I kept mentioning the fact that it was out of my budget but he just kept going on about the bike and kept pushing the "today sale only". I told him I had to walk away from it and if the deal is gone tomorrow then that's fine. He seemed very upset about it and walked away from me. I walked out of that store and dont think I will be going back after that.

I'm glad that I backed out of the deal. After test riding the epic at another shop, I figured it wasn't the bike for me. It would have been nice if the person at least considered what type of riding I do, where I ride, etc.

Avoid the bald guy with glasses if you can!!!

Shop Summary:
OMG - the service people are amazing! all the staff look out for your best interest & very concerned about fitting the product to your needs vs selling to make a big comission. Highly recommend - this shop treats you as a person vs customer

Customer Service:
Neil, the store manager is incredibly focused on customer service & not on sales....he is committed to provide service vs sales.....his rapport with staff & customers is incredible! would highly recommend visiting if you are interested in bike equipment - you will not be pressured, they look out for the customers.
