Shop Summary:
Filled with overpriced Lycra and Bikes that can be had anywhere else in Toronto for less. Don't people in Mississauga shop??

Customer Service:
New to Mississauga, i needed a tire for my loved Dutch Bike. I went to this store after phoning to see if they could work on Dutch bikes because some don't. They stated no problem. Yes they sold me 2 tires and installed them for 170 dollars which i paid and left. I turned around and came right back because my gears were not working. The tech said oh the cable just popped out and said i was good now. The gears are still not working right and the store owner/manager called me impossible because i dare asked them to fix the issue. At the same time the tech suggested that maybe the bike came in that way (like i'm trying to get a free service)
Please Dutch Bike owners heed the warning!!! These people are only interested in lycra wearing big spenders who pay without thinking and are not really full time cyclists. But i hear they are great for making money

Shop Summary:
BUYER BEWARE!!! They cannot service a bike properly despite all their bravado and big talk. Thanks to their inability to service I now have to replace my rear derailleur! They wanted to charge me 50% more for the parts than any other bike shop even after the replacement was caused by their negligence in servicing it properly. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me again to install and service it!!! Terrible!

Customer Service:
Great at selling you an expensive bike but terrible at providing service after the fact! Total rip off and JP (owner) couldn't care less about you after he has your money from the first big sale. I gave them two chances only to find that they cannot service my bike properly and when they screwed it up they wanted me to pay 50% more than any other bike shop for parts and wanted to charge me again to fix what they couldn't the first time!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Other Comments:
The owner JP is an arrogant bike snob who will ignore you if you try to speak with him about a problem you have with their work after they sell you a bike. However, he will be your best buddy when you are looking to buy an expensive bike. Regrettably he sucked more than $4000 out of me with his slick fast talking. Terrible service!! I feel so ripped off!

Shop Summary:
I do not recommend this bike shop due to misrepresentation of product sold and poor service department. The workmanship and attention to detail that I experienced was terrible.

Customer Service:
I bought a 2003 Cannondale Jekyll in 2004 and found out a few years later it is actually a 2001 by the serial number!!!

The service department did a really poor job of setting up the bike and I had to go back several times to have shifting and suspension issues that never truly got fixed properly.

I ended up taking my bike to Sporting Life to pay and have it properly serviced and they in turn asked who worked on the bike because the front fork seals were completely squashed and damaged.

Other Comments:
The experience started good with the sales department (the owner seemed to want to help) and ended terribly with a really bad service department and finding out I paid good money for a bike that was actually 2 years older than stated is really bad.

Shop Summary:
They are high in price. Lack of staff that kept me waiting to speak to a staff.

Customer Service:
My experience with this bike shop was horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are great when you are looking to buy a bike from them but their after sales service is brutal. I took my bike in for a tune up and believe it or not they lost my bike. They told me they were having a hard time finding me a wheel that would fit my Bianchi. I ended up leaving my bike there for the whole winter. Spring comes around and still no call from these guys. Finally they told me they lost my bike some where. To top it off their store name had changed to Via Ciclante. Not once did these guys called me to let me know they lost my bike. I had to call them 5 to 6 times before I got hold of one of the owners. They said they would replace my bike with another in similar condition. So they found me a Miele which was a tad too small for me. And get this....they asked me to pay them $100 for their service since this replacement didn't have the wheel problem I had with my Bianchi, Holy smokes! I couldn't believe they had the nerve to ask me to pay them....for what?? For losing my bike and then go out and replace my bike that is too small for me????? Stay away from this store!

Other Comments:
Stay away from this store. Very dishonest and horrible customer service.

Shop Summary:
Nothing but great work has been performed on the bikes I have serviced there. They give me great value for the dollar on the repairs and service to my bike, my wife's bike and even the spare we keep kicking around for visitors to use. The price of the repairs and service is truly a bargain with no worries once you pick up your bike. They back everything they service and sell to you as they have shown that they only want my biking experience to be enjoyable. We are now into year four of dealing with each other and the owners can continue to count on my business as I count on them for my fun biking experience.

Customer Service:
The staff is always courteous, helpful and honest. If a person doesn't have an answer to a question they politely say they will find out the information and get back to you. Out of the two brothers that own the business one is always working and not far away-the sign of a caring family run business. I have always had great service and felt the staff genuinely cares about my store visit experience. Service Techs have performed minor adjustments to my bike right on the spot while I wait!

Other Comments:
I have tried out and given many local GTA bike shops the opportunity to have my business and Re-My Sport has proven themselves. When in the store I see for myself; whether it is mountain biking or road their business is to keep the fun and passion in the sport of biking. Re-My Sport has the love of biking in their shop and it shows as you walk out of the place a smiling customer!
