Shop Summary:
Small shop who produces their own products at comparable quality or better than other shops I have seen, but always cheaper & with some extra features or councelling that I could not find elsewhere.

They are the manufacturer for Lightning Ride mountain bikes & Velocycle hybrid bikes. They are the only shop I know who assemble "a la carte" bikes for so cheap, with awesome hand build quality, taking care of every detail depending on the rider preferences.

I like browsing their on-line catalog, because they put a special artistic effort into their product images, & they have very good prices. I do not think it is worth to order in the usa mail orders if you live in Canada, because the membership program of this shop I have registered to always match or beats the deals I can find elsewhere. They are in my province, so I get the after sale service much easyer.

Customer Service:
Champions of trouble shouting mecanical issues, they found ways to repair my bike with minimal investment, when the competitors could not find other solution than replacing the faulty major components.

I think they are in the top 5 of the canadian bicycle elite shops, but there charges are within the average or lower.

I am always well received with great smile & honest true opinions on my bike concerns & interrogations.

Other Comments:
Probably one of the world's best bike tech out there works at this shop. His name on the web is YR (or WHY-ARE). His father & him own this shop, which is almost 100 years old now. I am happy they quit their fox service centre status, because I can get a hold of them more easily now. I strongly suggest this shop to everyone.

Shop Summary:
Fox racing shocks distributor for Quebec and all of eastern Canada. They also have a bike shop which offers lightning ride bikes and many others. The do rebuilds on all fox shocks and adjustments on any brand of bike. This store also has many parts and gear available. They only sell bike product at this store.(obviously since it is a bike shop lol).

Customer Service:
good service when you bye the shocks. (problem was is it would have been really good service if i was a pro racer with alot of money to burn.lol its all good. the bike shop experience:So we went. We went into the bike shop and saw mike, he was a very nice man which did have very good sales techniques. Because idf he didn’t he wouldn’t of convinced us to spend 2300$lol. They gave us extremely good service when we bought the shocks. But the one thing that I did not like was that he requested fox shocks to me. I was a beginner downhill biker and a beginner does not need pro racing shocks. Not to mention that my bike had only 5.5 inches of rear wheel travel so its not good to put a huge dh fork on a little cross-country/fr bike. I think at that point they should of told me to another double crown shock like a 888 or just to sell my bike and bye one of better quality at a higher price(I would of done that but lets keep in mind that at that time I did not know a thing about dh.

Other Comments:
long story short. fox products are for people who are wealthy. not middle class regular joes. these products such as the dhx air are fragily and tewnd to cost arund 200$ very time to rebuild them. the fox 40s get dented easily and need to be rebuilt frequently.usually costing around 150$$each time. the shock were not ment for me. currently i have a balfa bb7 2003 equioed with a 2006 marzo. 888 and a fifth element rear. both of these shocks are extremly durable and my bike shop will change my marzos oil for 35$$marzocchio 888 were ment for me. not to mension that rear coil shock are much stronguer thatair ones. this season i am happy i have a bike wich wont cost me much to much to keep running. i hope every one has a good dounhill season. and i would like to appologize to all the velocylcle workers. but especially mike what i said about him wasnt true. he is a really nice man. thank you very much.

Shop Summary:
I disagree with the last comment of desmin36:

First, I never saw a better price than what this guy paid.
Second, 70$ for an oil change is within the average, no suprises here.
third, If ur not intelligent enough to adjust your suspension after getting the tons of good advises theses guys give, put some pedals on your sofa!!, YOU are the problem because your pedals wont even be well installed and will fall on the floor...loll
Forth, It is 100% legetimate that a worker wants some money in exchange of the service he offers. Saying that all they want is your money is dangerous possition to take, specificly in this case. I personnaly think that u must be the one to blame with the problems u have!

Its because of people like u if FOX is obliged to select "Standard employee groups" as their service center instead of passionate elite technician like YR. Just try to get as much informations/Tips on products with somebody else and we will talk afterwords...

By the way, I learned that Mike doesn't work there anymore...but I do not think what desmin36 said about him has something to do with this.

Customer Service:
I am a privilege member client at Velocycle.com,
and I know what Im talking about when this shop comes in the subject.
This shop gave me the best deals ever on everything I wanted since I am a biker. They also respected me like no other during all my cycling experience, giving me the exact counselling I needed.

I strongly recommend this shop to anyone looking for the best quality/price ratio.

Other Comments:
desmin36 must be one of the standard jealous quebecers... other people from the quebec province know what I'm talking about.
