Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
I am a regular at this bike shop and have purchase a few bike from them within the last 10 years. This is THE best mountain bike shop in Gatineau/Ottawa. Huge selection of bike but even more important, tons of replacement parts in stock. If you are in the area and you need a quick repair before a ride/race this should be your first and only stop.
Back in the days the store was very small and quite crowded but this summer they moved in a much bigger space. Customer Service:
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It doesn mater if it's for a whole new bike or for a new set of tire they take the time to listen and give valuable recomandations. Other Comments:
