Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
This shop has gotten into bikes recently but is mostly known as a very good ski shop.

Customer Service:
Unfortunately like too many bike shops, doesn't realise that you have to give good service AFTER you sell the bike as well. They were my best friend while convincing me to drop 2500 bucks. Since they gave me a deal (all bike shops give you a deal at that price point), they pretty much used that as an excuse to not pay attention to me.

The lady there was nice but she's a skier - I wish I could have delt with her. The bike manager guy and the owner were both pretty much useless. I feel frustrated that I gave this guy that much of my money.

When buying other parts, I gave up with Skiwolf and went down the street to the radical edge.

Other Comments:
I do love the bike that I bought but now I've moved to Vancouver and discovered real bike shops.
