Shop Summary:
Great shop I cant complain at all. the only thing is that like any store there are some employees better then others. Deal with Cam and you wont regret it know everything there is too know about bikes. not a huge selection but if they dont have it they will be more then willing too find it somewhere else or order it in.

Excellent depending on who you deal with sometimes a little sub-par

Shop Summary:
Well I am not too happy with this shop. I had a 2007 Kona Stinky on hold there since September. As of right now I have about a thousand dollars on an account there. I just came to realize that I can get an 04 stinky speced about the same for on;y $600 lightly used. When I went to close my account at the bike shop they told me that they can't do that that it isn't good for business.

Customer Service:
I found the customer service horrible. I could walk in there and be standing at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone will even come over to see if I need any help. I also found the staff to be quite rude and ignorant if you ask them a generic question.
