Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
I normally seldom complain or thrash other people, but regarding this shop and their great incompetence I feel that I am obligated to warn fellow bikers about them. They say they are dedicated, but have the worst service I ever encountered! Detailed description under "Customer Service". But I've submitted that in German, because it is a German shop.
