You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
I just can speak about the variety of parts, not common parts to USA customers (as I'm) but you find stuff not available in the USA, colors and sizes. Very fast in the delivery and the shipping is FREE in many orders.

Customer Service:
didn't had any contact with the CS, sorry

Other Comments:
I just has to say, it's one of the most fast and complete stores in parts around the web, so many stuff there that in one moment you get lost in what is your priority..jeje

Shop Summary:
Cheap to buy your parts or some bikes.

Customer Service:
Try and phone them before you buy a bike.If you can't get through how do you expect to get your warranty sorted out.It took 4months to get my forks fixed on a 2007 stinky deluxe after they split down the inside of the leg.A problem with the 888.I would not buy from them again.Mail order sucks. If you have a problem and you can't get hold of them try this number,it will put you straight to the warranty office.02893345502.From the UK.

Shop Summary:
Great shop with lots and lots of products. Not always the cheapest, though they try hard, but you can always find a good bargain, that you cannot live without. Never had a problem with payment or transportation, and I have bought quite a lot over the past 4-5 years.

Customer Service:
It's easy to have them make a change after having placed an order. Recently, I bought a Bomber which was out of order (ETA did not lock when pushed to the floor). Time was to short to get a new one for my holiday, so I just filled out a returns form, and send the fork back asking to get my money back. Got money back immediately, no questions asked, and I even got a postage refund even though I kept the other stuff I had bought in the same order. That's quality service in my opinion! My rate is 4 flaming chillis and the fifth one is just a little hot. They answer your mails, but I preform making a call, and if they had staff to pick up the phone more often, my rate would have been 5 flaming chillis.

Other Comments:
Haven't challenged them regarding there technical skills yet, so I give them 3 chillis for now.
