Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Nice little shop, has loads of expensive kit(nice to dream sometimes!) and obviously run by people who love bikes. Also caters for those with less expensive tastes as I found out when looking for a hybrid. Customer Service: I thought was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, did not look down their noses at you for buying a Gary Fisher hybrid instead of a blinging Turner even though they are a specialist shop. Other Comments: Only been in the once to help my sister buy a bike, but enjoyed it and would visit again when next in bristol, maybe with enough cash to buy the Nicolai I was lusting over!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Small shop doing custom builds. Customer Service: Customer service simply does not exist. They promised life time free servicing when I spent nearly £4k there, but the servicing and complete lack of customer service is consistently hideous. Other Comments: If you want a custom build from a shop that cares about what you want, and doesn't leav you feeling that all they want is your money, then go elsewhere, even if you live in Bristol.
