Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Been there once

Shop Summary:
Nice little shop, has loads of expensive kit(nice to dream sometimes!) and obviously run by people who love bikes. Also caters for those with less expensive tastes as I found out when looking for a hybrid.

Customer Service:
I thought was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, did not look down their noses at you for buying a Gary Fisher hybrid instead of a blinging Turner even though they are a specialist shop.

Other Comments:
Only been in the once to help my sister buy a bike, but enjoyed it and would visit again when next in bristol, maybe with enough cash to buy the Nicolai I was lusting over!

Shop Summary:
Small shop doing custom builds.

Customer Service:
Customer service simply does not exist. They promised life time free servicing when I spent nearly £4k there, but the servicing and complete lack of customer service is consistently hideous.

Other Comments:
If you want a custom build from a shop that cares about what you want, and doesn't leav you feeling that all they want is your money, then go elsewhere, even if you live in Bristol.
