Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Made a purchase online but out of the 3 items I bought only one was in stock and offered an inadequate replacement for another and a delivery time of a month for the third.
I cancelled the order but still waiting for a refund, that was 6 weeks ago.
The office/Internet sales never answer the phone, the only people that do work in the shop and can offer no help.
I regret the moment I clicked on the Pay Now button.
You have been warned, AVOID!
If you value your money do not buy anything from SBR Sports/Bonthrone bikes. Customer Service: No customer service! Other Comments: Dont buy anything from these people.
They are crooks.

It would take too long to list it all, in summary:
1. Don't anser the phone
2. Late paying money back
3. Weeks to deliver, when they do, missing parts on the bike
4. Don't reply to emails
5. Blame computer problems on mistakes
6. Over a month and still can't ride my bike
Go elesewhere, please, I am kicking myself - chainreactioncycles, wiggle, evans cycles etc, all MUCH MUCH better, yes they make mistakes, who doesn't - really simple, just put it right and we will come back - simple business sense.
I am ordering broken parts for my bike now from eleswhere as I don't believe that they will deliver, in every sense of the word. I don't expect them to be in business for long with this level of service. Customer Service: They don't have any Other Comments: I really should have known better.

Weekend Warrior Customer Service: Horrible, I placed an order and never received any order status even after calling in for two weeks. Even after canceling the order it is still taking two weeks to get a credit back on the canceled order.
