Shop Summary:
Well the Chesterfield on is great, always answer the phone, always know what their talking about, always quick to phone back if they need to contact suplier. It's a nice big shop as well, close eonugh for me to travel to coz i don't like paying over the phone, or net. Kinda cheap as well... look on their internt site before you go down coz they don't update it to often, so i got £70 of a XTR crankset :)

Customer Service:
Great, as i said they are fast and know what their on about.

Other Comments:
Just go into the shop, i can only speak to the Chesterfield one, but their nice people willing to help.

I have been stupid enough to order twice from this place from the internet so maybe that’s a reflection on me.

I have received some of the worst service I have experienced in my life!

Starting with the huge phone bill I’m sure I have run up. They have an automated service that asks to leave a message or hold. Leave a message and they will NOT get back to you. Stay on the line and its 20 mins minimum before they answer at which point there is a high chance they will hang up on you at some point (happened to me 3 times) they always seem to be having a laugh and a joke in the background when you do talk to them which begs the question why are they not answering the phone?

The delivery time is a joke. I called 7 days after ordering from their website to be told that the order may be “picked” today and then sent out in a few days. This is after having the order sat there for a week!

The deals they had were on were great prices but it turned out to be ex-demo which isn’t stated on the site.

Asked about sizing on some clothes and they couldnt answer any of my questions.

Thank god I haven’t had to return anything as I cant imagine how long that would take!

Other Comments:
If you are not in a hurry to get stuff they are cheap but don’t expect to get any sort of service. As the out saying says “you get what you pay for”
