Shop Summary: Jenson USA is one of the biggest online bike shops with its main distribution located in southern California. I was introduce to this website by seeing the many adds on MTBR. They have a nice selection of parts.
Customer Service: I have called customer service multiple times approximately 6-7 times regarding an order for 5 items. 2 of the items arrived on time. The website allows you to track your item's shipment. My account stated that all 5 items was shipped out on Nov 11. After 2 of the items arrived on time I called Jenson and the customer representative said that the other 3 items shipped out of Minnesota on Nov. 12. and will be arriving within 4-5 business days from Nov 12. After the 7th business day, I called Jenson once more, I was told that the items will be arriving today and someone will be emailing me the tracking number within the hour. Well, 5 hours later, no tracking number. I called Jenson once again, I spoke to another representative, and he said that he will make another shipment for my items. ???? Did I just hear that he was going to make a shipment for the other items? After waiting for the items to arrive in the mail, guess what, it was never shipped in the first place, meanwhile, my bike is parked and will miss 2 weekends of riding. I should have just purchased it locally, instead of trying to save $3 from Jenson.
Other Comments: Lessoned learned people, if you need your bike parts within the next month, do yourself a favor and buy your parts locally. Support a friendly and honest local bike shop who you can talk to in person. I was originally impress by the customer service that Jenson USA was providing only to find out I was being lied to.To be fair, the information givien to me could be honest lies, that someone messed up along the line therefore the companies order system showed what the customer service rep have told me. But again, this was my experience with Jenson USA, and still waiting for the 3 of the 5 items I had ordered.

Customer Service: I bought a bike from them, and the bottom bracket was loose, as well as a few other problems. The bike had very little use on it, so I very highly doubt it was caused by riding. I tried to write a reveiw on their website but have not seen it there (its been over a month). I was kind of mad about this on top of the fact that the bike was not properly looked over. It is my belief that Jenson screens reveiws to make their company appear better than they are. Watch out for their bike builds and DO NOT TRUST THEIR REVEIWS!

Shop Summary: They have a great product offering with many types and brands. Beware of the HOT clearance items! I purchased a handlebar that they appeared to have purchased at a great discount from their supplier because the product was mislabeled. I ordered an Azonic 1" WF Riser bar and received a 1.5" riser bar. The bar is marked 1" riser.
Customer Service: What was frustrating was the guy measured the bar and told me it had a 1" rise. It appears that he does not know how to measure handlebar rise! Then he stated that when I received the bar, if it is not what I expected, he would gladly refund all of my money giving me the bar for free. After receiving the bar and seeing it was wrong I called him. He stated he would only refund the product cost, not the shipping cost, and I would have to pay return shipping.
Good customer service includes honoring promises!
Other Comments: I am not saying do not do business with Jenson - only be careful of their deals and caution their advice.

Shop Summary: impressively fast - I ordered a bag on Wednesday evening, and it arrived on Friday. Considering I live in the UK, that's pretty good - faster than most british shops would get deliveries to me. also cheaper than uk stores
