Shop Summary: A great online shop with great customer service, excellent prices (things like Sidi!) and reasonable shipping
Customer Service: Excellent! And I'm a tough customer.
Other Comments: Great deals, website is a little dated but by email or phone the staff is very helpful. They special ordered me some Sidi Dragon ll's still the best price in US! And fast!

Shop Summary: I just bough the Bowflex SelectTech dumbell and stand. Let me tell you:
1. Brands Cycle and fitness was the lowest price, bar none. This includes many offers at ebay and overstock.com which at first look like the est price but.... be careful. When you add shipping and handling the cost is signifcantly higher.
2. Both the Interent and on phone support was just great!!
3. I live in Massachusetts. When I ordered my equipemnt, the wen said : "if you place your order by 3 PM, the order will go out the same day. I
I am a long term Internet buyer (have been buying on the Internet since 1994), and when I read statements like that I am usually skeptical. besides, I could have waited 2 or 3 days for my order.
Well, to my surprise and delight, they mean what they say. They shipped it the same day, and guess what - I got it the next day. That is just fantastic!!!
