Shop Summary: I bought my Merlin XLM frame and gears from RBikes.com and extremely happy with my purchase. Rbikes has excellent reputation on the web. They are also authorized Merlin and Litespeed online dealer. They have the best pricing structure that no one can beat! They carry pro-cycling gears and accessories most of my LBS does not carry. I support my LBS in many ways and I considered RBikes.com my LBS even though I live many miles away.
Customer Service: Customer service is something that I value. RBikes did not disappoint. They have met all my expectations of a true mega buck high-end bike retailer. I was treated with respect and the staff are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. You can easily reach them via phone or email. Ask for Adam. Ask for Mr Richard (owner). Ask for anybody and they will surely help you find your needs. They are highly reliable, fast to ship and packs your gears properly.

Other Comments: Bike was shipped with the wrong front fork. RBikes quickly corrected the situation at no cost and allowed me to ride the bike w/ the incorrect fork while a new one was delivered. however, it was an annoyance to swap out the front fork.

Shop Summary: Excellent shop, rather than going the extra yard they went the extra mile for me. I was trying to get hold of an 07 Foes FXR frame and no one could supply one. Adam put in a special request for me and was able to obtain one, I was absolutely delighted when they built it up for me and I went over to collect it.
Customer Service: Faultless, simple as that, ensured that I was happy and corrected a mistake with effeciency.
Other Comments: Would have no problem recommending them to anyone, I am delighted.

I ride my mountain bike 6 or 7 times a week and since I'm a big guy I made sure that I bought a frame with a good warranty. When It broke during prime season a couple of weeks ago I was heartbroken as I figured 4 to 6 weeks minimum down time for a manufactures warranty issue. Thanks to you guys at rbikes I was back on my bike in less than a week and I'm 2 States away. If they ever want to come down to Ohio and give customer service seminars I'd promote them.
Other Comments: Very helpful and trustworthy folks. They take care of there internet customers.
