Shop Summary:
HORRIBLE STORE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! It is fraud what they are doing, if I could, I would report them to the Chamber of Commerce and they should be out of business. Look at all the negative reviews and you'll find truth in what the consumers say. I wish I would've read the reviews before even thinking of placing an order on that website. I ordered a laptop backpack from the website, thinking it was a good deal, but after a week plus, I have not received any shipping confirmation from them, so I emailed customer service and asked them what happened to my item, and whether it is shipped yet. They told me that the item is out of stock and they do not know when it'll be in stock again. Rightfully, they should put a note on the item on the webpage saying that the item is out of stock, but they mislead customers to think that they are paying for an item when in reality there is no item at all.

Avoid this store at all costs!

Customer Service:
The customer service agent replied me after a day, but I would like to be informed of the items availability before I place an order, not a week or two after I have paid for it.

AVOID THIS STORE, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

I placed my order and received confirmation, then received a cryptic e-mail after almost a week stating that they had canceled my order. Their website continues to show the item as available. Very unprofessional organization. Buyer beware.

Shop Summary:
Save your time and money, shop elsewhere. Shady shop, claimed to ship products, then said they would split ship since one part was now backordered. Never received second shipment and they won't issue refund.

There are plenty of other local or online shops, avoid this one.

Wish I would have read these reviews before making my last purchase with this place. STAY AWAY...trust me, all negative reviews are correct! I do not need to repeat what has already been said. I sure in the hell hope I receive my refund!!

Basically, this is how it works. They do not have anything in stock to purchase, so you spend money on something that does not exist. They will tell you it does, but a month later you will still be waiting for the product. Why do you not have the item you purchased? Because they do have it to send to you. I have to imagine, that what they do is a crime!?

Customer Service:
The worst imaginable--that is, unless you like to be ignored and lose money in the process.

I purchase online all the time, and have been for over the last five years. I have never had an experience before like I have had with this place!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
1st and last time using this company. I ordered a part that was stated to be in stock. Upon completion/payment i was notified that it in fact had been back ordered. I immediately canceled the order, they still took the funds my account. As of 1 week later there is still no sign of a refund.

Customer Service:
Ed(CSR)seemed polite. I give him a 2 for even replying. However I feel he was just trying to get rid of me. Made multiple false claims regarding accounting issues. Even told me my refund had been processed; a lie!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
