Racer Shop Summary: Ordered a 2009 Intense they had listed for an unbelievable price, beat the closest competitors by 60.00 and beat Amazon.com by over 100. Yes, They charged my card right away (made me nervous) and took four days to ship, (again with the nervous.) I called them and emailed and was generally a pest. However, everything they did was exactly according to the info on the ordering FAQ and the end result was that they shipped on time and I got the right bike, new in box for an truly unbeatable price.
I'm a happy customer! Customer Service:
Nice People, not the best phone system, it is a loop that rings customer service and then back to the main message. Just keep hitting the customer service button and eventually the guy will walk by and answer the phone and be very helpful! Other Comments: If you want a great price and can wait a few days, order from ebikestop.
If you want something QUICK, pick a different company!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: They were the only shop that I could find the parts I needed. And for this particular manufacturer, they carried a huge selection of parts. Customer Service: It took weeks for my package to arrive, but this was the fault of FedEx who, for whatever reason, could not complete this delivery to my apartment complex (others have had no issue). I called the customer service number from the site and my call was answered right away (horray for people answering phones not machines!). He looked up my order, found the FedEx exception issue and had the order redirected to my work. The parts arrived 4 days after that call. Other Comments: Whomever handled my call was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly solved my problem.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Summary: Incompetent as an internet retailer.
Bad inventory process means "In Stock" doesn't actually mean in stock.
I have ordered twice from ebikestop recently and both ended bad. First order, they said the item was in stock but it wasn't and after weeks (weeks!) of waiting I gave up. They did give me a refund.
Second order, they managed to not send me half the stuff on the invoice. One part was completely wrong and the other part was only one when I had ordered two. Someone had even checked off the items on the invoice as if they actually checked my order!
These people might be OK if you can go to their shop in person but I would never use them online again. The competition is much MUCH better. Customer Service: Poor. Keep telling you things like "It's on order, will have it in a few days." then a week later the same thing. Other Comments: Just don't waste your time with these people.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: ebikestop.com
On line US bike shop, similar to Wiggle in the UK. Sells virtually everything. Customer Service: Amazing service, very helpful, quick responses and very knowledgeable. Good pricing and will price match if you can find cheaper. Delivery was excellent, delayed sending as I requested for several weeks after payment. Nicely packed. Arrived on time and the hotel address I requested ready for use.
Spot on service, cannot fault Other Comments: well worth a try
