Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: goood at first. but lacking customer service and response to defrauded customers Customer Service: pooor response and handling over recent credit card fraud. stay away, unless you're ok with dealing with cancelling a credit card and hearing no response from nashbar. you'll get the product fine and in good condition, except a few months (or year) later, you'll also get a charge for some random items here and there. i was charged about $7, 9$, $10 about 4 times . some reported getting fraudulent charges in the hundreds of dollars
fix this problem nashbar.otherwsie, so longggggg

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Nashbar has gone downhill big time. If you place an order with Nashbar, you cannot cancel or change the order. Even if you call one minute after the order was placed. This is a costly policy considering the shipping charges are the highest in the biz. In addition, they cannot tell you the status of the order. Will it arrive in 1 day, 2 days, a week. Who knows?
My advice, is check with performance bike, they usually run the same specials have far better customer service and actually own nashbar. I suspect performance will shut eventually shut down nashbar. Good riddance.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Bike Nashbar used to be a decent place to order bike stuff online. Now they have become relentless spammers. A recent order I submitted placed me on the mailing list from hell. Almost daily spams ensued, and even worse, the "unsubscribe" option was not working. Customer Service: I contacted customer service to try to get off the mailing list and they gave me a BS line about having to ask a supervisor to take care of it. A week later, still getting the daily spam. I have been forced to block their emails. Other Comments: Just say no to Nashbar. Performance Bike Rules!!!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Bike Nashbar WARNING!!!!!! I have used Nashbar with mixed results. I Placed an order online and used CC. I also printed a $10 off coupon. Hey a penny saved and all that. Well a $12/mo charge shows up on my statement from Reservations Reward and it turns out that by printing a $10 coupon I signed up for a $12 /mo service.
This is Sleazy at best.
Warning is out and I guess that is true for a lot of other companties.
I for one will never use nashbar again.
