Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: So I ordered some items.
I waited 4 days just to discriminated.
See they have a policy that international orders are delivered ONLY to the billing address????!!!!!
WTF So imagine this:
You are not US citizen, but you in US or other foreign to you country or wish to make a present or just to purchase some items. By this discriminating policy You cannot do that.
If this is not Nazism I do not know what is.
So US credit cards are just fine - they got no security at all and even all the bank accounts can be easily emptied by any hacker on the world. But those are US credit cards and can be used for purchase.
But international completely secure are restricted ???
I will never ever click and visit this site again in my life.
And any my friends will be warned for those Nazi site. Customer Service: Nazi policy don't buy anything from them. Other Comments: The size is ugly and really bad designed useless and less functional.
No tracking of orders.
My order is nowhere online on the site ????!!! How difficult is this order history to be done - I know how I did many online shops and it is the easiest job to implement an order history.
And it costs not more then 1000 dollars - so they got no 1000 dollars for the site ????
Do not trust them do not believe them.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Have shopped there for many years. They've been OK; I have had no real trouble with them. I wouldn't buy anything at full price, though; wait for the specials and search for coupons on the web. Customer Service: Haven't really used it in years.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: goood at first. but lacking customer service and response to defrauded customers Customer Service: pooor response and handling over recent credit card fraud. stay away, unless you're ok with dealing with cancelling a credit card and hearing no response from nashbar. you'll get the product fine and in good condition, except a few months (or year) later, you'll also get a charge for some random items here and there. i was charged about $7, 9$, $10 about 4 times . some reported getting fraudulent charges in the hundreds of dollars
fix this problem nashbar.otherwsie, so longggggg

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Nashbar has gone downhill big time. If you place an order with Nashbar, you cannot cancel or change the order. Even if you call one minute after the order was placed. This is a costly policy considering the shipping charges are the highest in the biz. In addition, they cannot tell you the status of the order. Will it arrive in 1 day, 2 days, a week. Who knows?
My advice, is check with performance bike, they usually run the same specials have far better customer service and actually own nashbar. I suspect performance will shut eventually shut down nashbar. Good riddance.
