My default online bike shop. I have purchased lots of stuff, and have returned some too;
always treated as a rider/customer regardless.
I trust these folks and recommend them.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
The online selection is very large. They have a lot of things other do not stock and have good prices. Customer Service:
Items were shipped promptly and arrived as expected. I had a minor issue with shipping damages, but don't believe they could have done anything to prevent it. Items were adaquately packaged. Mike took care of the issue with the damage proptly and to my satisfaction. I will definately be shopping with them again.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
I ordered some THE Storm shin guards from this place and not only did they have them available when nobody else did, but they also had a lower price than anywhere else.
Shipping time was fine and the product arrived without any trouble.
Customer Service:
I called a spoke to someone to make sure the product was in stock and the person on the phone was easy to deal with. They were communicative throughout the ordering process, sending emails as my order progressed. Other Comments:
I am unsure of their technical know-how but I am giving them a 4 for kicks.
